Agent Spotlight –January 2015

Jennifer Krusing – Lubbock, TX

Jennifer Krusing is this month’s spotlight agent. She is a Lubbock, TX native and is very proud to call West Texas her home!  Her parents, the late Paul Hayes and Diane Hayes (Toth) met in Lubbock and were married at Forest Heights UMC in February of 1978.

Her father, who was a well-respected representative in the pump industry, taught her the importance of great customer service and just plain and simple hard work which are lessons she holds near and dear to her heart and maintains in her business ethics.  Her mother, a stay at home mom and domestic connoisseur of well…pretty much everything, always promoted practice, persistence, and having a good set of morals in your corner.  “Their influences have shaped me into the salesperson I am today,” says Jennifer of her parents.

Jennifer graduated from Monterey High School in 2001 and attended both South Plains College and Texas Tech University. While attending Texas Tech, she met her husband and love of her life, Michael and the couple married in 2005 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in McKinney, TX. They moved to Amarillo in December of 2007 after Michael accepted a position as a civil engineer with Parkhill, Smith and Cooper. Jennifer continued to work as the awards coordinator for Lubbock based-Paddle Tramps, Mfg. Co. and commuted to Lubbock weekly.

In November of 2011 the couple welcomed their first child, Andrew Paul.  With prayerful consideration, Jennifer resigned from Paddle Tramps in November of 2012 and joined the Triangle Realty family as an office manager and administrative assistant.

Jennifer Krusing & Family – 2014

After the birth of their daughter, Emilee Grace in October of 2013, Jennifer decided to take a leap of faith and stay home with her children, something she had hoped for since she became a mother.

In the spring of 2014, Jennifer obtained her Texas real estate license and accepted an agent role with Triangle at that time. After several successful closings, including her own home, the couple packed up and returned to Lubbock in October of this year.

Jennifer is thrilled to help introduce Triangle Realty to the hub city! “It’s the best of both worlds, I get to come back to my roots and bring this awesome brokerage with me! Real estate can be such a rewarding profession; I absolutely thrive on making people happy and what better way than to help someone find the place they call HOME!” she says.

Whether you are looking to buy or sell in the Lubbock metro area, give Jennifer a call, she is ready to help!
