Triangle Realty is pleased to announce the 2016 award recipients. These awards were presented at the annual Triangle Christmas Party. The party was held at the Amarillo Country Club on Tuesday, December 13th. This year we announced the ‘Salesperson of the Year’, the ‘Top New Agent‘ award and two recipients for the ‘Shining Star‘ award. We also have a record number of agents who received the ‘Capped Out‘ award!
The ‘Salesperson of the Year‘ award was presented to Berkley Thompson. Berkley sold more real estate than any other agent in the brokerage and was ranked in the top 35 of agents in sales throughout the entire Texas Panhandle per the AAOR. Berkley is a lifetime resident of Amarillo, TX, and has a true passion and knowledge of this area. Honesty, integrity and exceptional customer service are three things that Berkley continues to provide to her clients. We have enjoyed having both Berkley and her husband, Brock Thompson, as licensed agents with the brokerage since January 2015.
The next award presented was the ‘Top New Agent‘ award. This is Triangle Realty’s first year to present this award which was presented to Tiffany Confer. Tiffany’s past work experience and her current commitment and drive have proven that she is going to succeed in her new career path. Tiffany joined Triangle Realty in September 2016 and has been actively ‘Exceeding Expectations’ ever since.
To continue in ‘Exceeding Expectations’, this year Triangle Realty had a record number of agents’ cap out. The ‘Capped Out‘ award was presented to Randie Baumann, Cindy Byrd, Craig Cooper, Brock Thompson, Berkley Thompson, and Lori Wilhite. Each of these agents had sales above and beyond our brokerage threshold cap and were top performers during each non-cumulative quarter of 2016. More importantly, our brokerage received amazing testimonials from this group’s client base all year long.
This year’s ‘Shining Star‘ winners are agents Lyndell McDaniel and Jordan Schulte. Lyndell has been with Triangle Realty since February 2016 and Jordan since May 2016. The two are true “go-getters” and are passionate about ‘Exceeding Expectations’ with everyone they work with!
Lyndell has a drive to succeed and, if given a lead, will stay on top of things until all tasks are complete. His commitment to excelling in this industry has been evident this year. He was ranked in our top 3 in sales for the third quarter of 2016 and, overall, had a fantastic year.
Jordan is part of our office support staff and is a member of the JT & Jamie Haynes Team assisting with marketing as well as focusing on her own real estate business. She is a full-time WT student who is actively involved in many facets of the college including LEAD WT. Jordan also has a photography business named Camera Chicks.
