Triangle Realty is pleased to announce the 2018 award recipients. These awards were presented at the annual Triangle Christmas Party. The party was held at the Metropolitan- A Speakeasy on Thursday, November 29th. This year we announced the ‘Salesman of the Year’, the ‘Top New Agent’ award, ‘The Hustle Award’ and two recipients for the ‘Shining Star’ award. We also have four agents that received the ‘Capped Out’ award!
The ‘Salesman of the Year’ award was presented to Bruce Bridges. Bruce was born and raised in Earth, TX, to a family with deep roots in agriculture. He brings a lifetime of expertise and experience in the agriculture and cattle industries to his real estate business.
The Hustle Award was presented to Ellen Dunn. This is Triangle Realty’s second year to present this award. Ellen is an agent in Amarillo, TX, where she strives to help old and new friends find the perfect piece of real estate in Texas.
The next award presented was the ‘Top New Agent’ award. This award was presented to Caroline Harris. Her past work experience and current commitment and drive has proven that she is going to succeed in her new career path. Caroline joined Triangle Realty in January 2018 and has been actively ‘Exceeding Expectations’ ever since.
To continue in ‘Exceeding Expectations’, this year Triangle Realty had four agents’ cap out. The ‘Capped Out’ award was presented to Bruce Bridges, Craig Cooper, Caroline Harris and Blake Pagett. Each of these agents had sales above and beyond our brokerage threshold cap and were top performers during each non-cumulative quarter of 2018. More importantly, our brokerage received amazing testimonials from this group’s client base all year long.
This year’s ‘Shining Star’ winners were Karen Bradford and Andree Wood. Karen is based in Canadian, TX, with over 13 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Andree is an elementary school teacher in Canyon, TX, with a love of people and desire to help others. These two are true “go-getters” and are passionate about ‘Exceeding Expectations’ with everyone they work with! We can’t wait to see what 2019 brings!
