The ranch is located approximately 4.5 miles northeast of Quitaque, Texas, in southeastern Briscoe County. Amarillo, Texas, is about 1 hour to the northwest of the property.

There are two natural dirt tanks on the property as well as a manmade lake in the northwest corner with prime views of the Caprock Canyon State Park. Domestic underground water storage provides water to the home, but must be hauled in.

Hunting:
From the natural water sources to the undeveloped and untouched ground of the Caprock Canyons to the north of the property, attract a wide range of wildlife to the property. This includes mountain lion, coyote, quail, turkey and owls.

History:
The property has been enjoyed by the same family over three generations. The house was constructed in the early 1980s. Over the most recent years, the ground has been used for a Mama Cow operation and have grown wheat or haygrazer.
