Kelsi (Agent, Kelsi Thomas) is extremely sweet and patient! She was very accommodating with showing times, thorough in providing answers regarding properties and the mortgage process, and overall could not have been more helpful. JT (Broker, JT Haynes) accompanied us at closing, and between the two of them, the buying process was as smooth as possible.
