The overall process and service was excellent. I’ve bought and sold numerous homes and I’ve never had such excellent service…………that was all because of Jennifer Krusing (Agent). We were relocating my grandparents from Michigan back to Texas, I live out of town and was having to travel in and out to look at homes. Jennifer was very accommodating to my situation and the expectations I set forth during an initial conversation. I met with her on 2 different occasions to look at homes and she was organized, had many homes to see based on my requirements, and it was time well spent and highly productive.
After I selected a home, she worked diligently with the other agent to make the process as seamless as possible. As you would expect, there were some “bumps” in the road during the negotiation, but Jennifer, in true form, was consultative throughout the process and served as a true agent/advocate for me, the customer.
I truly felt that Jennifer took the approach as if my grandparents were HER grandparents as we worked together. I would definitely refer anyone to Jennifer and Triangle Realty and will seek her service again when I purchase another home.
