So I placed my home up for sale at the beginning of February. I was very bothered about what I should do, rent or sale. Was leaning to renting due to the economy. Triangle asked me to trust them, and let them do them. Because if it didn’t sell you. An always rent it still. The job they did with staging and pic and 3D walk through was amazing. My home had multiple bids and was off the market within 10days.. and the process was smooth. Could not have asked for a better team, a better experience.
