There is a working windmill in the middle of this property that has a run off pipe to a large dirt tank. There is an old abandoned well on South side of place with a windmill tower.

Lots of cover for the deer and quail. With pivots on 3 sides of this country it makes for a prime hunting location.

History:
The Cousin's Place has been owned by the same family since 1926.

Improvements:
Property is fenced with paved road on West side for easy access to property. There is a dirt road on East side of property.

Minerals:
The mineral rights will not convey with the sale of the property.

The land is comprised of native grass of rolling hills along with a few draws and a dry creek.

The property is outside of any municipality so is not zoned. There are no known easements that would affect operation of the ranch. It is anticipated all existing easements will be identified by surveyors.

Access:
The property is accessible from Hwy 273 on the West side. The East side of property is accessible along County Road 28.

Directions:

Turn North at Red River Steak House in McLean on Hwy 273. Go North for 2 miles. Property lays on East side of road. That will be the Southwest side of property.
