There is one submersible well drilled on the property at a depth of about 100 feet. Additionally, Spring Creek runs seasonally near the eastern border of the property attracting wildlife to the area.

Over the years, the property has primarily been used for recreational purposes.

The landscape is typical of the area with a slightly rolling topography.
