This area is known for the excellent pheasant hunting. There are also some quail and deer that are seen occasionally.

Throughout the years, this property has been producing mainly corn, milo, and wheat. The last two years it has produced an excellent cotton crop.

Property improvements consist of a mile Valley sprinkler system, two irrigation wells, submersible well, and a fairly new 5 strand barbed wire fence around the pereimeter of the farm.
