Kress Co-op Facility, Swisher County

Kress Co-op Facility is located inside the city limits of Kress, on the north side of town.

Water is provided by city water to the facility.

The facility holds 1,456,000 total bushels of grain; 525.000 bushels is accounted for in concrete storage with the remaining 931,000 bushels in flat warehouse storage. Three elevator legs facilitate grain transport (5000 bu/hr, 4000 bu/hr, and 4000 bu/hr). Truck and rail loading and unloading is available onsite. BNSF access is also available, with 27 car track capacity. There are also 3 truck dump pits, 1 rail dump pit, and 1 truck scale. In addition, there is a ±1013 square foot office, and metal grain dryers on the property.

The exclusions from the sale of this property include: all inventories owned by or under the control of the seller, all rolling stock on the property, all office furniture and equipment, all signage and all personal property owned by third parties, including without limitation the cell towers and related equipment and fixtures on and at the elevators.

The property is inside the city limits of Friona. There are no known easements that would affect operation of the land. It is anticipated all existing easements will be identified by surveyors.

The facility is located in the south-central portion of Swisher County.
 

The facility is accessible from FM 145, Nicholson Ave, Turner Avenue,  and BNSF Railroad along the western boundary.

From Amarillo, south on I-27 for 56 miles to Kress. Exit from I-27 onto FM 145. Go east on FM 145 for 1 mile. Property sits immediately on the east side of the railroad tracts, on the south side of FM 145.
