There are three irrigation wells on the property, with very good potential for adding another well if needed. One well, sitting on the SW side of the property, is powered by Cummings Natural gas engine is producing 600 gallons per minute. Another well, on the West side of property, is producing 350 gallons per minute, powered by a 454 natural gas engine. The third well is a 4 inch electric submersible on the NE side of property, producing 150 gallons per minute and is also used for livestock water. Test holes have been drilled on the property in the past, with one test hole showing potential of 500-600 gallons per minute

Hunting:
This area is known for excellent pheasant hunting. There are also quail and deer available in the area.

History:
For many years this farm has been primarily producing corn, wheat, milo, and cotton.

Property improvements consist of 3 Zimmatic 1/4 mile center pivot irrigation systems, 2 of which are 1996,1997 models and one 2011 model, all with 11.2/38 tires and low drops, in very good condition.
