There are 2 wells on the property. One well is located near the center of the property for livestock water and another well closer to the cabin for domestic use.

History:
The property was purchased in 1946 by the founder of Plains Chevrolet in Amarillo and held many events at the place he called Wagon Wheel Ranch. He built the cabin not long after he purchased the ground and even installed a large concrete pool, which happened to be the first in the Texas Panhandle! Its known that Comanche tribes used to travel through the property along the creek bed and arrowheads are common findings on hikes. Today, the property is still occupied by the same family. The grass is currently leased for grazing.

Improvements:
A 1940s cabin is located towards the center of the property. Inside there is a full bath, loft bedroom and a great room downstairs. You will also find two screened porches to enjoy the outdoors no matter the season. There is also a pen and shed for livestock near the cabin. The perimeter of the property is fenced and is good condition.
