Triangle Realty is so excited to share with you our 2023 award recipients! We had a few stand out agents each specializing in what they do best and continuing to excel and represent Triangle Realty throughout the Texas Panhandle. We’re so proud of their 2023 achievements in a real estate market that’s had its ups and downs! So without further ado, here are your 2023 Triangle Realty Agent Awards:
The “Top Sales Agent” award was awarded to Shenee’ Bichsel this year after her best year yet, surpassing $7.9 million in sales. Born and raised on a farm near Claude, Texas, Shenee’ brings with her solid traditional values and a belief in doing things right. After marrying her high school sweetheart, Dee, Shenee’ graduated from West Texas A&M University and taught school for 2 years. She and her husband, a farmer and rancher, currently reside in Claude.
The recipient of the “Top Residential Sales” award went to Carley Saikowski this year with $7.1 million in sales volume in 2023! Carley was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas giving her insider knowledge of the area and its wholesome people. After graduating with her Bachelors in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University, Carley met her husband, Barrett Saikowski. Soon after their marriage in 2009, he started his construction company Prestige Homes, and Carley obtained her real estate license. Carley and Barrett have 2 small children and a loyal Labrador. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, reading, and traveling.
The “Top Land Sales” award was presented to Cindy Sherrod with over $5.87 million in sales volume for 2023! With over 30 years of farm and ranch operation background, Cindy brings hands-on experience and knowledge of Panhandle land and agri-business enterprises. Today Cindy operates on land in South-Eastern Gray county homesteaded by her great-grandfather over 110 years ago. A 1981 graduate of West Texas A&M University and member of the Lady Buffs basketball team, Cindy enjoys golfing, team-roping and spending time with her daughter Callie, her son, Dee and her daughter-in-law, Shenee.
