Location:
UH 87 Homesite Tracts are found about 7 miles south of Canyon and 10 miles north of Happy. The tracts are on the east side of the highway and just west of I 27
 
Water:
There are currently no water wells on the tracts.
 
Hunting:
The property is not ideal for hunting purposes.
 
History:
In the past years, the tract have not been used for any agricultural uses. The barbed wire fence may indicated that it has been used for grazing, but the for the most part the tracts have been left unimproved.
 
Improvements:
The side of the property that faces the road is fenced with barbed wire.
