Location:
3585 CR 21 is very accessible and is located about 16.5 miles north of Hereford. All the amenities of Amarillo are located just 31 miles to the northeast of the property.
Water:
There is a main well on the property that supplies water to the house and the water troughs near the house. There is a switch valve on that well to supply water to the pens in the grow yard. Most parts on the well have been replaced with new ones.
Hunting:
The property is ideal for dove, quail and other bird hunting. However, the property is not the ideal place for bigger game hunting.
History:
In the past years, the property has been used to grow Longhorn and Mini Hereford cattle as well as grow an occasional crop on the dryland fields. The combined ±53 acres have been used to grow feed.
Improvements:
3585 CR 21 has perimeter fencing as well as sectional fencing for livestock. There is an 800 head grow yard that is complete with concrete feed bunks, six pipe fenced pens to hold cattle, a scale, a loading chute, a squeeze chute and four horse pens.
