Location:
Bean Ranch is very accessible and is ideally located approximately 6 miles northwest of Miami, TX. All of the amenities of Amarillo are located about 70 miles to the southwest and Oklahoma City, OK is approximately 180 miles to the east.
 
Water:
There is ample water on the ranch. Livestock is provided water through water troughs located in each pasture or from seasonal creeks and ponds. There are two submersible wells, one windmill, and one solar well situated across the ranch. Bluff Creek meanders through the southeastern portion of the rolling terrain, dropping off the cap to the east.
 
Hunting:
Wildlife in the area includes mule deer, with the occasional turkey and bobcat. The tree cover along the creek, wheat field and availability of water are conducive to attracting wildlife to the property.
 
History:
Bean Ranch has traditionally been operating as a cattle ranch, with a homestead and working pens located centrally on the ranch. The farmland has primarily been utilized for dryland wheat crop for additional cattle grazing.
