Conway Grain Facility is situated on approximately 11.6 acres, and features an 858 sq. ft. office building, a 4,500 sq. ft. quonset barn, 2 grain elevators and 2 grain bins. The office building includes two offices, a bathroom and is connected to the underground sales.
The grain facility includes 14 concrete bins that were built in 1958 that holds 629,000 bushels and two upright steel grain storage bins constructed in 1980 that hold an additional 436,000 bushels. The total capacity of bushels the elevators can hold is 1,065,000. Grain is delivered to the facility via a 10,000 bu/hr elevator leg, two 4,000 bu/hr elevator leg and 3 separate dump pits. The facility is complete with conveyor systems, grain aeration storage fans, grain probes and other grain equipment. Grain is moved from the dump pits to the storage bins via the elevator legs and / or conveyor systems. There are three truck dump pits associated with the grain storage facility.
Driveways and parking areas are a mix of gravel and concrete for easy maintenance. The facility also features security lighting on all the buildings and parking areas.
Exclusions:
The exclusions from the sale of this property include: all inventories owned by or under the control of the seller, all rolling stock on the property, all office furniture and equipment, all signage and all personal property owned by third parties.
Zoning/Easements:
The property is outside of any municipality so is not zoned. There are no known easements that would affect operation of the land. It is anticipated all existing easements will be identified by surveyors.
