Water:
The growyard would be considered well watered. There are four wells, producing approximately 120/gpm combined, each with ±110' of water in the hole. The east well is new, the other 3 wells have new pumps and motors (motors in hole are under warranty through 1/2026). The water system was installed within the last few years and is a huge asset. It is a computerized float system with the 4 wells tied to it, along with two, 10,000-gallon, storage tanks housed inside a new barn.
 
History:
This yard has most recently been used for feeding 300 - 400-pound calves. Numerous other cattle feeding operations are in close proximity to this property.
 
Improvements:
The yard is permitted for 4,000 head with ±4400 linear feet of concrete bunk and the eastern pens recently added.
