Access:
The property is accessible from S Eastern St. which is a county dirt road. TX-217, the road toward Palo Duro Canyon, is a paved road and connects to S Eastern St. The tract can be entered from the west side of the property.
Directions:
From Amarillo: Heading south on I 27, take exit 106 towards TX-217. Travel 6.8 miles to S Eastern St and turn North on S Eastern St. Property will be on the right side of the road.
