Friona SW Grain Facility is ideally located on the south side of Friona, TX. The facility is very accessible and is less then an hour and a half drive to Amarillo.

History:
At one time, this massive facility was the largest country concrete elevator in the panhandle! The elevator was constructed with around the clock labor throughout the mid 1950s and has been in operation since. Last spring 2023 was the most recent time that this facility has held grain.
Improvements:
This massive facility can hold a combined 3,152,000 bushels of grain. Friona SW Grain Facility is a well designed facility that is still in operation today. There are 78 bins with 3 elevators legs to transport the grain from the dump pit; one west 5,000 bu/hr leg; one 3,500 bu/hr leg; and one 5,500 bu/hr leg with a double distributor. There is a new grain probe near the 60 ft in-gound scales. The scale house was built at the time of the elevators. The property sits just south of the railroad.

The property is mostly flat and conducive for general agricultural uses.
