Lazy Arrow B Tracts are found in the great Panhandle of Texas. The ranch is very accessible, being approximately 18 miles northwest of Amarillo. Located almost directly between Santa Fe, NM and Oklahoma City, OK, this ranch is found in an ideal location.

Lazy Arrow B Tracts currently do not have any operating water wells. Majority of the tracts have natural water patterns and do not hold water in any particular place.
Hunting:
The area is known for mule deer, wild hog and dove hunting. The topography and ground cover supports a heathy population of wildlife.

Access:
The properties can be accessed from maintained dirt roads. Old Muddy Roads leads to the entrances of all the tracts.
Directions:
Take I-40 to Soncy, turn right onto Soncy, Exit Tascosa Rd, turn left under the underpass, continue for 17 miles, turn right onto Davison Dr, left onto Old Muddy Rd in 3 miles.
