Lazy Arrow B Tracts are found in the great Panhandle of Texas. The ranch is very accessible, being approximately 18 miles northwest of Amarillo. Located almost directly between Santa Fe, NM and Oklahoma City, OK, this ranch is found in an ideal location.

The property is outside of any municipality so is not zoned. There are no known easements that would affect operation of the land. It is anticipated all existing easements will be identified by surveyors.

The estimated taxes will be determined by the Potter County Tax Assessor's Office.

The property lies within the High Plains Underground Water Conservation District.

Lazy Arrow B Tracts are located on the west side of Potter County and west of Interstate 87.

The properties can be accessed from maintained dirt roads. Old Muddy Roads leads to the entrances of all the tracts.

Take I-40 to Soncy, turn right onto Soncy, Exit Tascosa Rd, turn left under the underpass, continue for 17 miles, turn right onto Davison Dr, left onto Old Muddy Rd in 3 miles.
