History:
The facility was built in the 1950s.
Improvements:
Masterson Grain Facility features two metal grain bins and two overhead hoppers. The combined grain bins and hoppers store 225,000 bushels. There is a truck receiving pit and a truck loadout at the facility that makes for easy transportation. The truck loadout is located between the bins and has steel exterior walls with metal rollup doors. There is also a steel roof over the receiving pit. An elevator leg with conveyors moves grain to and from the bins and hoppers.
Exclusions:
The exclusions from the sale of this property include: all inventories owned by or under the control of the seller, all rolling stock on the property, all office furniture and equipment, all machinery and equipment used or usable in connection with the deer corn cleaning and bagging operations, including without limitation the stacker and bagger, all signage and all personal property owned by third parties, including without limitation the cell towers and related equipment and fixtures on the elevator.
