History:
The original elevators were built in the 1954 and 1960, and the facility was added onto in the 1980's with the metal grain bins.
 
Improvements:
Panhandle West Grain Elevator Facility features concrete bins that were built in the 1950's and 1960's that hold 721,000 bushels and five upright steel grain storage bins constructed in 1980s that hold an additional 1,331,000 bushels. The total capacity of bushels the elevators can hold is 2,052,000. Grain is delivered to the facility via two 6,000 bushel/hour elevator legs, two dump pits, complete with conveyor systems, grain aeration storage fans, grain probes and other grain equipment. There is an additional 3,000 by/hr elevator leg that is currently not in use. Grain is moved from the dump pits to the storage bins via the elevator legs and / or overhead conveyor systems. The facility abuts the BNSF Railway's right of way, although rail access is not currently utilized.
 
A 2,260 sq. ft. office building is located between the elevators and the warehouse. This building includes offices, a reception area, bathrooms, a break room, storage and functions as the scale house for the facility. A 10 x 70 in-ground truck scale is connected to the building with a new automatic grain probe.
 

Driveways and parking areas are a mix of gravel and concrete for easy maintenance. There are two covered parking areas. The facility features security lighting on all the buildings and parking areas.

 
Exclusions:
The exclusions from the sale of this property include: all inventories owned by or under the control of the seller, all rolling stock on the property, all office furniture and equipment, all machinery and equipment used or usable in connection with the deer corn cleaning and bagging operations, including without limitation the stacker and bagger, all signage and all personal property owned by third parties, including without limitation the cell towers and related equipment and fixtures on and at the elevators.
