History:
Over the years, the property has primarily been used for rotational grazing in addition to ±40 acres of irrigated alfalfa. The owners have been putting about 3-4 inches of alfalfa per cutting.

The property has good fencing on the west and half of the north and south sides. There is also a 9-tower Valley Sprinkler.

The current percentage of owned mineral rights is unknown.
