Location:
South Turkey Creek Ranch is ideally located about 9 miles north of Turkey, TX. Amarillo International Airport is less than an hour and a half from the property, Lubbock is approximately 110 miles from the property, and it is approximately 201 miles southwest of Oklahoma City, OK. Exceptional access on paved Highway 70, with approximately 2 miles of frontage.

There is a solar well that provides livestock water on the southernmost portion of the ranch, nearest Turkey Creek.
Hunting:

History:
This ranch was once apart of the historic Goodnight Ranch. Boasting canyon terrain, the ranch is also a part of the Caprock Escarpment canyon system, within 10 miles of the Caprock Canyons State Park and Trailway.

The property is outside of any municipality so is not zoned. There are no known easements that would affect operation of the land. It is anticipated all existing easements will be identified by surveyors.

This ranch is located on the west line on Hall County and a little part of this ranch that is in Briscoe County. Turkey Creek Ranch lies directly off of HWY 70 and west of HWY 287.
Access:
The property is accessible for paved highway access. Highway 70 runs along the east property line of the ranch, allowing for over 1 mile of highway frontage.
Directions:
From Turkey, take 9th St to HWY 70 N. Travel on HWY 70 N for 10.2 miles and the property will be on the west side of the road.
