Spanish Skirts Ranch is located about 17 miles south of Claude.  This puts it just about an hour drive from Amarillo and positioned between Claude and Silverton, off of Hwy 207. This ranch is ideally located outside of town, in the pockets of privacy and seclusion the Panhandle offers.
 
Water:
Due to the elevation changes, there are multiple seasonal creeks and Coyote Creek passing through the ranch tracts. There are multiple tank ponds that hold water for the majority of the year to provide water for livestock or wildlife. No existing water wells are on the property.
 
Hunting:

The area is known for great hunting. You can find a healthy population of mule deer, white-tail deer, quail, hogs, bobcats and tons of aoudad sheep.
