Tam Anne Grain Facility is very accessible and is ideally located 12 miles west of Dimmitt and 19 miles southeast of Friona. Amarillo is located less than an hour and a half drive from the property.

History:
The facility was built in the 1970s, and has provided grain storage for area producers.
 
Improvements:
Tam Anne Grain Facility features two steel Brock grain bins that hold a combined 894,000 bushels. Three elevator legs transports grain from the three dump pits to the facility. The newest leg is 10,000 bu/hr, middle leg is 6,000 bu/hr and the west leg is approximately 4,000 bu/hr. The facility has two scales and a scale house/office building. There is a 60 ft. in-ground scale and an 80 ft. above ground Thurman scale. The concrete driveway near the scale house and exterior lighting help with ease of access in and out of the property.
