Tam Anne Grain Facility is very accessible and is ideally located 12 miles west of Dimmitt and 19 miles southeast of Friona. Amarillo is located less than an hour and a half drive from the property.

A private well provides water to the facility.

The facility was built in the 1970s, and has provided grain storage for area producers.

Tam Anne Grain Facility features two steel Brock grain bins that hold a combined 894,000 bushels. Three elevator legs transports grain from the three dump pits to the facility. The newest leg is 10,000 bu/hr, middle leg is 6,000 bu/hr and the west leg is approximately 4,000 bu/hr. The facility has two scales and a scale house/office building. There is a 60 ft. in-ground scale and an 80 ft. above ground Thurman scale. The concrete driveway near the scale house and exterior lighting help with ease of access in and out of the property.

The property lies on the north side of TX 86 and 13 miles south of HWY 60.

The facility is accessible from paved roads. There are multiple entrances on the south side of the property from TX 86.

From Friona, take TX 214 south out of town. Take TX 214 for 7 miles the turn east onto TX 86. Travel for about 11.8 miles and the grain facility will be on the north.
