Access:
The property can be accessed by CR 3700 on the west side. CR 3760 runs through the middle of the ±590 acres. CR 3860 runs along the east side. CR 7120 runs along the north side of the south ±137 Acres.

Directions:
From Idalou, go south on FM 400 for approximately 7.8 miles, then turn east on CR 6840 for 2.4 miles. Turn south again on CR 3700 for 2.6 miles, and then east on CR 7120 for 0.6 miles. Property sits on south side of the road. See map for more details.
