Location:
Morgan Ranch is found in the eastern Texas Panhandle. The property lies south Hwy 152  and southwest of Mobeetie about 4 miles. It is also approximately 5 miles north of the North Fork Red River. Rick Husband Airport is an hour and 15 minute drive to the property.

The tracts water supply is provided by an electric well on the eastern portion of the tract. Also, there is a water storage tank on the south side of the well. There is currently no known well report. 
 
Hunting:
