RENE, which stands for Real Estate Negotiation Expert, is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official certification of the National Association of REALTORS®️. The certification is for real estate professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills. The certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients.
Jamie completed a two-day course that developed her skills in behind-the-scene-issues and how to deal with them, how to handle a wide variety of personalities and situations, and how to sort out the competing objectives of the parties involved in a transaction. Her new knowledge will allow her to successfully advocate for her clients in any real estate related transactions and achieve “win-win” situations for everyone involved.
The National Association of REALTORS® offers the RENE certification to REALTORS® who want to sharpen their negotiation skills. RENE is wholly owned by REBI and focuses specifically on real estate sale negotiation. Formerly the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB), REBI is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®.
