AMARILLO TX – Triangle Realty is pleased to announce that three of its agents have been recognized for selling properties listed among the Top 100 sold during the third quarter of 2017 in the Land Texas Magazine.
Bruce & Phyllis Bridges of The Bridges Team recorded the 11th largest transaction of the quarter state-wide with the sale of +/- 2,767.24 acres of farmland in Castro County. Craig Cooper is listed as number 39 with his sale of +/- 960 acres of farmland in Hansford County.
Bruce has been an agent with Triangle Realty since 2013. He brings a lifetime of expertise and experience in the agriculture and cattle industries to his real estate business. Last December, Bruce and Phyllis acquired their New Mexico real estate licenses.
Craig has been an agent with Triangle Realty since 2016 but has been a licensed agent since 2010. “I have been involved in many things in my life”, says Craig. “But nothing has captured my attention and motivated me as much as being in the land business.”
