What a year it has been!
Triangle Realty (a digital, mobile and paperless brokerage firm) enjoyed tremendous growth seeing not only sales volume increase, but added staff, agents and upped transactions processed.
We also awarded several awards at our annual Christmas party that we are elated to spotlight.
The ‘Salesman of the Year’ award was presented to Bruce Bridges. Bruce was born and raised in Earth, TX, to a family with deep roots in agriculture. He brings a lifetime of expertise and experience in the agriculture and cattle industries to his real estate business
The Hustle Award was presented to Sherry Palmer. This is Triangle Realty’s first year to present this award. Sherry is an agent in Shamrock,TX where she strives to help old and new friends find the perfect piece of real estate in Texas.
The ‘Top New Agent’ award was presented to Liz Carver. Her past work experience and current commitment and drive has proven that she is going to succeed in her new career path.
The ‘Capped Out’ award was presented to Bruce Bridges, Craig Cooper, and Cindy Sherrod. Each of these agents had sales above and beyond our brokerage threshold cap and were top performers during each non-cumulative quarter of 2017.
This year’s ‘Shining Star’ winners are Jenni Winegarner and agent Missy Harris. The two are true “go-getters” and are passionate about ‘Exceeding Expectations’ with everyone they work with!
Here are a few highlights from 2017.
3 – Three new staff members joined our Amarillo office: Liz Wood, Lindsey Wren, Allison Frye.
12 – Twelve new Texas REALTORS joined our team at Triangle Realty: Timothy Miller, Luke Abraham, Morgan Moss, Liz Carver, Andree Barefield, Shelly Cantrell, Blake Pagett, Karen Bradford, Ellen Dunn, Caroline Harris, George Jennings, and Natalie Vandermaarl.
1 – Our office manager, Annie Miller, obtained her Texas Real Estate license.
1 – One healthy baby blessed our team member’s families in 2017 and two more are expected to arrive in the upcoming year.
41 – Fourty-one agents are now a part of the Triangle Real Estate family which allows us to continue to exceed our customer’s expectations.
110 – $110,264,938 – Our final year-end totals have us exceeding $110 million in sales for 2017.
168 – One hundred sixty houses sold in 2017
36,596 – Thirty six thousand five hundred ninety six acres sold in 2017
18 – Over $18,000.00 donated to local charities from our First Fruits program.
3 – Triangle Realty is ranked as the #3 Brokerage in Sales for 2017 per Amarillo Association of REALTORS
